You built the trust.
We built the platform.
Pagayo's Organization Programs are built for wholesalers, trade associations, franchise networks, accountants, and institutions that want to bring serious commerce infrastructure to the entrepreneurs they serve.
Not a referral program.
An infrastructure layer.
Most arrangements that bring organizations and technology platforms together are built on a simple premise: you refer, we pay. That is not what this is.
An Organization Program is an arrangement in which you bring Pagayo's commerce infrastructure to the entrepreneurs you already serve. You are not a middleman. You are not a reseller. You are the trusted relationship — Pagayo is the platform that runs underneath it.
The platform is the same for every entrepreneur, regardless of who introduced them. One Stack: one webshop, one point of sale, one WhatsApp integration, one inventory system. No custom builds. No sector-specific versions. The same platform that an independent gym in Amsterdam uses is the same platform a market vendor in Accra uses.
That is the point.
Already have the trust. Introduce Pagayo to their network.
Provides the infrastructure. One Stack. Same for everyone.
Get a complete commerce platform. Live within hours.
What your network gets —
and what you can stand behind.
Every entrepreneur you introduce to Pagayo gets the same thing: One Stack. A complete commerce platform, live within hours, without a developer or an IT project.
They pay standard Pagayo pricing. There is no surcharge because of how they were introduced. What organizations receive comes entirely from Pagayo's side of the arrangement — not from their customers.
If your customers are entrepreneurs,
you qualify.
Organization Programs are built for organizations that already have trusted relationships with the entrepreneurs they serve.
Wholesale & distribution
You deliver to salons, gyms, cafés, or specialty retailers on a regular route. You see your customers often. They trust your advice. Pagayo gives you something genuinely worth recommending.
Trade associations & professional bodies
Your members need modern commerce infrastructure but cannot afford enterprise tools. Pagayo is a platform you can offer as a meaningful benefit — not a discount code.
Franchise organisations
You set the standard for fifty locations. Rolling out Pagayo means every franchisee runs on the same commerce platform — consistent, branded, and operational from day one.
Accountants & consultants
You manage the books for dozens of small businesses. You already know who is losing money to fragmented tools. A recommendation from you carries more weight than any advertisement.
Municipalities & development organisations
You run entrepreneur support programs. Pagayo gives you a platform to measure commercial outcomes — not just participation counts.
NGOs & educational institutions
You want the entrepreneurs in your program to build real, sustainable businesses. Pagayo is the infrastructure that makes that possible.
Web agencies & digital builders
You build the website. You can now include the commerce layer — and remain a meaningful part of the growth you helped create.
Two arrangements. One platform.
Every organization that works with Pagayo introduces the same product to their network. What differs is the commercial arrangement.
Your organization covers the cost.
You pay for the entrepreneurs in your program. They use Pagayo at no cost to them. This arrangement is common for municipalities, NGOs, educational institutions, and accelerators — organizations whose goal is commercial empowerment rather than commercial return.
Entrepreneurs pay. You participate in their growth.
Entrepreneurs subscribe to Pagayo directly, at standard pricing. As the organization that helped bring them to the platform, you participate in the growth you help create. This arrangement is common for wholesalers, trade associations, franchise networks, accountants, and consultants.
Simple to introduce. Built to last.
Tell us about your network.
We start with one conversation. Who are the entrepreneurs you serve? What sector? What do they need? We explain how the program works.
We confirm the commercial arrangement.
We confirm the model — sponsored or growth — and walk you through how to introduce Pagayo to your network.
You make the introduction.
On your terms. In your language. At your pace. An email, a conversation, a mention at your next meeting or delivery. We do not require a sales pitch or a demo from you.
They start. You grow with them.
Entrepreneurs get live within hours. Pagayo handles all support, onboarding, and renewals. As your network grows on the platform, the program grows with it.
Two programs with their own dedicated pages.
For two specific types of organizations, we have built pages that go further than this one.

Because trust is the only thing
that cannot be built overnight.
You already have what Pagayo cannot provide: years of relationship, credibility in your sector, and entrepreneurs who take your recommendations seriously.
Organizations that introduce Pagayo to their network find that it changes the nature of the relationship. You stop being a vendor or an adviser. You become infrastructure — something the entrepreneur builds their business around. That is a harder position to replace than any pricing advantage.
It deepens existing relationships.
When you introduce a platform that genuinely helps your customers grow, the relationship moves from transactional to foundational. That depth is difficult to replicate.
The impact is visible.
When an entrepreneur in your network goes live, starts selling, and processes their first hundred orders — that outcome is directly traceable to your introduction. For associations, municipalities, and NGOs, that measurability matters.
It is built for the long term.
Pagayo is not a promotional tool or a trial that expires. It is a commerce infrastructure that entrepreneurs build their operations around. The value of an Organization Program compounds over time — it does not reset with each cycle.
Direct questions. Direct answers.
Do the entrepreneurs in my network pay more because I introduced them?
No. They pay standard Pagayo pricing. There is no surcharge, no markup, and no hidden cost. Whatever your organization receives comes entirely from Pagayo's side of the arrangement — not from your customers.
What countries does Pagayo operate in?
Pagayo currently operates in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, and several African markets. If your network is based there, we can discuss a program.
How involved do I need to be after the introduction?
As involved as you want to be. Many organizations make the introduction and step back — Pagayo handles all onboarding, support, and renewals. Others prefer to stay actively involved. Both work.
What is the difference between a sponsored arrangement and a growth arrangement?
In a sponsored arrangement, your organization covers the subscription cost for entrepreneurs — they use Pagayo at no cost. In a growth arrangement, entrepreneurs pay directly, and you participate in the growth you help create. The platform is identical in both cases.
Is there a minimum network size?
No minimum. We have built programs for networks of ten and networks of ten thousand. What matters is fit — not scale. We will be straightforward in our first conversation about whether a program makes sense for your situation.
I am a web agency or digital consultant — does this apply to me?
Yes. If you have an existing client base of entrepreneurs and want to include a commerce platform as part of what you offer, a growth arrangement fits.
What happens if an entrepreneur in my network stops using Pagayo?
Programs are built for the long term, not the individual transaction. Churn is a reality on any platform. We work together to minimise it and to grow the network over time.
Your network is ready.
Let's build the right arrangement.
Tell us about your organization and the entrepreneurs you serve. We will send a concrete program outline within two business days — no commitment required.
