Frequently asked questions
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes! You can switch plans at any time. For upgrades, you'll pay the difference pro-rated immediately. For downgrades, the difference will be credited to your next invoice.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
We'll send you a notification when you reach 80% of your limit. At 100%, you'll get an upgrade suggestion, but your service stays active. Overages are billed at $0.10 per extra order.
Are there setup fees?
No setup fees. For Enterprise plans, we provide free onboarding and migration assistance.
What is the payment processing fee?
Pagayo doesn't charge extra payment fees. You pay only the standard Stripe/Mollie fees (1.9% + $0.25 for European cards). You handle this directly with them.
